Olivia Brion 2021 Pinot Noir Russian River Valley
This ruby colored Pinot Noir from Olivia Brion opens with a cedar and strawberry bouquet with hints of black cherry, black licorice, candied violets, and sugar plum. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, smooth, bright, and gentle. The flavor profile is black cherry and cedar blend with notes of black tea and kitchen spice. We also detected hints of loam, tobacco, and black licorice. The finish is dry, and its flavors and fine tannins drift away nicely. We would pair this delicate Pinot with lamb lollipops and mushroom risotto. Enjoy - KWGTP
