Onesta 2017 Rose of Cinsault
Bursting with flavors of guava and strawberry, delivering a mouthwatering long finish. The wine is fermented in neutral French oak barrels, with lots of lees stirring post harvest. This style of Rose is not for the weak, it is bold, big in texture and aromatics. I bottle in May, and allow bottle shock to subside, release the following season. No residual sugar, the texture comes from aging on the lees. Remember, Cinsault is the king of Rose varieties in France!
